Port Cygnet Catering Co. is run by Franca Zingler and Asher Gilding, two chefs living and working in the Huon Valley.

We have formed relationships with growers from small-scale sustainable farms so that we can create seasonal menus which speak of time and place. We collaborate with growers, hunters, writers, chefs and Tasmanian bush food experts to serve interesting, creative and progressive food. We organise pop-up restaurant dinners, cater weddings, parties and exhibition openings.
